A Painting Dies… and I’m Finally Free.

At its very best (back in 2006), this painting just irritated me.  At its worst, I actually despised it.  After seven years to the month of it lurking around, I’m finally free!

Its death wasn't violent... more "calculated". In any case... I'm free!

Aren’t you brave. I have so many of those………….piled hither and thither…..buried. I guess that too is a death in it’s own way.

There is art in destroying art too. Thanks for the laugh.

I feel your joy! I had one like that too – for 7 years – and just took it out of the frame and tore it to shreds last month. It felt good.
